My name is Tanja Coffee, and I am a commissioned Florida Notary Public based in Lakeland.
Originally from Germany, I have always placed a high value on punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail. As a mobile notary, my goal is to make notarization convenient by traveling to the client rather than requiring the client to find a notary office.
Mobile appointments are available throughout Lakeland and surrounding areas, with extended travel available depending on location and scheduling.

Hospital & Care Facility Notarizations
Mobile notary appointments may be available at hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted-living communities, and other care facilities throughout Lakeland and Polk County.
Please contact speedSERVE in advance to discuss the location, signer circumstances, facility access requirements, and appointment availability. The signer must be willing and able to participate in the notarization and satisfy applicable Florida notarial requirements.
Notary Signing Agent

German-Language Documents
German-language documents may also be accommodated. Tanja is originally from Germany and speaks both German and English.
Florida notarization requirements still apply. The notary does not provide legal advice regarding whether a Florida notarization will be accepted by a foreign government, court, land registry, financial institution, or other receiving authority. Clients should confirm any foreign-use requirements with the receiving authority before the appointment.
Identification & Appointment Preparation
Signers should have acceptable identification available when required and should bring the complete document to the appointment.
Do not sign documents in advance when the applicable notarial act requires the signature to be made in the notary's presence.
The signer must be willing and able to communicate directly with the notary and meet applicable Florida notarization requirements.

If your document requires witnesses, you are responsible for providing them. If you do not have witnesses available, speedSERVE may be able to provide a witness for an additional witness fee — however, witness availability is not guaranteed. Please ask in advance when scheduling your appointment to confirm whether a witness is available.
Notary Fees & Travel Fees
Florida notarial fees and mobile travel charges are separate.
Mobile appointments include a travel fee based on factors such as location, distance, scheduling, and appointment requirements. Any applicable travel fee will be quoted before the appointment.
