How It Works
Submit Your Request
Contact us with the details of your service request — the documents to be served, the address, and any deadline or hearing information. You can reach us by phone, email, or through our online request form.
We Attempt Service
A professional process server will attempt to serve the documents at the address you provide. We make diligent attempts and document each one with date, time, and GPS information where applicable.
Service Outcome
We will keep you informed of the outcome of each attempt. When service is completed, we document who was served, when, where, and how. If service cannot be completed, we will provide you with the results of our attempts and any relevant information obtained during the service process. Successful service cannot be guaranteed in every case.
Receive Your Documentation
You will receive a completed Return of Service or Affidavit of Service as applicable. This documentation provides a record of the service completed and may be used as proof of service in the applicable proceeding.

To process your service request, please have the following information ready:
Documents to Be Served
The actual documents you need served — summons, complaint, petition, notice, or other legal papers. Please provide copies in the format we request.
Service Address
The address where you believe the person to be served can be found — home, work, or another known location.
Identifying Information
A description of the person to be served — name, approximate age, physical description, a recent photograph if available, and any other identifying details that may help our server locate and identify them.
Case Information
If your documents are associated with a court case, please provide the case number and the court where the case is filed, if applicable.
Deadline or Hearing Date
If you have a court date, filing deadline, or other time-sensitive requirement, let us know so we can prioritize your service accordingly.
Special Instructions
Any relevant instructions or information about the person or location that may assist with service — such as known work hours, gate codes, or other helpful details.
What Happens After Service
Once service is completed, you will receive documentation confirming that service was made. Depending on the type of service, this may be a Return of Service or an Affidavit of Service signed by the process server.
This documentation is typically what you will need to show the court that the other party was properly served. We will provide it to you promptly after service is completed.

Unable to Locate the Person?
If the address you have is outdated, incorrect, or service attempts have been unsuccessful, locate and skip-trace assistance may be available. We can attempt to identify a current address for the person you need to serve. Contact us to discuss your situation and whether this service may help. We cannot guarantee that every individual can be located.
Rush & Same-Day Service
If you have an urgent deadline — an upcoming court date, a filing deadline, or a time-sensitive matter — expedited and same-day service may be available depending on location and circumstances. Contact us as soon as possible so we can assess whether rush service is an option for your request.
